These were due mostly to a perfect storm of old plugins, a broken .htaccess file and server issues -- but man, it's always scary when you upgrade and suddenly everything breaks. I'm crossing my fingers, but the last few upgrades have went off without a hitch -- I'm hoping it stays that way! I’ve also had some nightmarish problems in the past with WordPress upgrades.
