I never really thought about using Google Voice, until I read this nifty little post on the Official Gmail Blog. I think some kind of integration between email and voicemail would be great, and I’d like to explore this a bit more when I get some time. Has anybody used Google Voice or any other email-voicemail integration? Anything that would allow me to hear my email while I drive would be especially cool.

You should have a look at PhoneTag.com, I have been using them for the last few weeks, and it seems to be just about right. They transcribe your voicemail and send it as email. Much easier.

Not quite what you are looking for on the reverse, but this has to be doable.

I’ve been using Google Voice for incoming calls. Google Voice is great because Google gives you a phone number that forwards to any and all other numbers you want. For example, you can have your cell phone and office phone ring when a call comes in.
