I checked out the LinkWorth blog just now, and there’s a post there from a little while back about ChaCha Search.

If you haven’t used ChaCha before, the concept is basically this:

You can do a regular Google-type search, or you can get help from a ChaCha Guide, who is a real human paid to help you with your search results.

It’s pretty cool, although the searcher’s expertise in a particular area is pretty much a shot in the dark.

While some feel that it works quite well, I searched for the phrase “knowledge management”, and generally got the impression that the Guide didn’t really know what I was talking about.

If you’re interested in ChaCha and want to see some screenshots before heading over there, you can check out some at Sunny Man’s Blog.

In other news, be sure to check out the latest edition of the Carnival of Enterprise Architecture, posted over at Robert McIlree’s blog.
